Consists of (3) levels. In the first level will be located stores of diferent generes, as the most recognized banking institutions of the country. The second level also will have stores and the casino of the hotel, being  this the  first level of contact between the Hotel and the Commercial Center. In the third level will be located (5) rooms of cinema, an  amphetheater, a fast food area and another one of formal bars and restaurants.

Designed to satisfy your needs of space, we offer apartments from 54 square meters(mts2) to 700 mts2.
There are 3 apartment types in the frontal 31-stories towers, with 45,295 mts2 saleable. The sizes are 295.83 mts2 in the front south, 362 mts2 in the east side and 370.77 in the west.
We also have another tower in the north-west side of the project. Tower III, with 9 apartments per floor and 19,508 mts2 for sale from 54 to 196 mts2.

THE HOTEL

In the south west side of the project, the hotel has 228 rooms distributed in 22 stories. It will be operated by the Hilton Chain and Coral Hotel and Resort with the best standards in services.
